Yep, the code has been cracked! This is my avocado nicecream that is packed full of vitamins and minerals thanks to @kissedearth Balance Greens. It’s a non-negotiable in my daily diet for immunity, skin and, in particular, gut health. Especially after the rich food of the holiday season, I have found it to help with bloating and healing. recipe:
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 avocados
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- juice of half a lime
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 2 scoops @kissedearth Replenish Vanilla Protein
- 2 tsp @kissedearth Balance Greens
1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a container and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until set. Scoop and serve.
