new fixation food = breakfast parfaits 🍓

Half high-protein chia pudding and half a thick banana smoothie. Supporting your skin, hair, immune and nervous system health thanks to The Super Elixir™ Mixed Berry greens powder from @welleco . They have just released a new Mixed Berry flavour that tastes amazing and doesn’t have that grassy grittiness that many greens powders have. Available online via @welleco now!

recipe (serves 3-4):

chia pudding:

- 1/2 cup chia seeds

- 1/2 cup @welleco Vanilla Nourishing Protein

- 2 cups soy milk

- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup or choice of liquid sweetener

- 1 tsp vanilla extract


green banana smoothie:

- 4 frozen bananas

- 2 tbsp @welleco The Super Elixir™ Mixed Berry


optional garnish:

- coconut yogurt

- fresh berries


1. In a medium bowl, mix the chia seeds and protein powder. All the soy milk, rice malt syrup and vanilla extract and mix well.

2. Cover in cling wrap and set in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

3. To a high-speed blender, add the frozen bananas and The Super Elixir™ Mixed Berry. Process until smooth.

4. Form the parfaits by spooning the chia pudding at the bottom of a jar and topping with the banana smoothie. Optionally garnish with coconut yoghurt and fresh berries.
